Integrates with

EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) requires companies placing or exporting certain commodities in the EU market to prove they are deforestation-free and legally produced. The regulation covers cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, soya, wood, and their derived products. Companies must conduct due diligence, trace products to land of origin, and submit Due Diligence Statements.
EUDR applies to: (1) Operators — companies first placing products on EU market or exporting from EU, (2) Traders — companies making products available on the market. Large companies face full requirements; SMEs have simplified obligations. Applies regardless of where products originate.
EUDR entered into force June 2023. Large operators and traders must comply by December 30, 2024. SMEs have until June 30, 2025. Products must be traceable to land plots and verified as deforestation-free after December 31, 2020.
EUDR is unique in requiring geolocation coordinates for production land. Unlike other regulations, it requires tracing products back to specific plots of land and verifying no deforestation or forest degradation occurred after the cut-off date. This requires robust supply chain mapping.
Manual EUDR reporting takes 12-16 weeks. With Regtrue, teams complete it in 4-8 weeks.
